Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR).

How to Submit a Request
You can submit your data deletion request using the form on this page, by sending an email to elitdevin@gmail.com, by writing to Девин, ул. Юндола 2, or by calling 0877878703.
What Information to Provide
Please provide your name, your contact details, when you submitted an inquiry or contacted us, and whether you would like us to delete all personal data we hold about you or only specific information.
Do not send a copy of your identity document unless we specifically request it to verify your identity.
Identity Verification
Before deleting any personal data, we must ensure that the request comes from the person to whom the data relates.
Therefore, we may ask you to verify the contact details you previously used to communicate with us.
Response Time
We will respond to your request within one month of receiving it.
For complex or numerous requests, this period may be extended by up to two additional months. If an extension is necessary, we will notify you within the first month and explain the reason for the delay.
Submitting a request is free of charge unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
What Data We Delete
We delete inquiries, messages, contact information, and any other personal data for which we no longer have a lawful basis for retention.
We also delete personal data processed on the basis of your consent when you withdraw that consent.
What Data We Cannot Delete
Certain personal data must be retained to comply with legal obligations and cannot be deleted upon request before the applicable statutory retention periods expire.
If this applies to your data, we will inform you which information must be retained, the legal basis for its retention, and how long it must be kept.
Such data will be used only for the relevant legal purpose and deleted once the required retention period has expired.
Recipients of Your Data
Where we have shared your personal data with other recipients, we will inform them of the deletion where possible.
If You Are Not Satisfied
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (https://www.cpdp.bg) or bring a claim before the competent court.
